Your Privacy Online
At EZ Vane, Inc we are committed to ensuring our customer's privacy. We DO NOT sell or exchange names,or any other information about our online customers, with third parties. During the ordering process it is necessary for us to place a small cookie on your computer. This is the way we can collect all your purchases, total them and transmit to the server at one time (in our shopping cart). Otherwise, you'd have to select, purchase and pay for each item one-by-one. It is necessary for you to have your browser set to allow cookies or our shopping cart will not be able to recognize your selected purchases.
When obtaining information from you, we adhere to a simple, common sense principle: we ask only for the information we need to provide the service you've requested. We need a complete billing and shipping address to process your order and ship your product. A telephone # to contact you if we have any problems with your order. An email address to notify you when your order has shipped and a valid credit card to process your order. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover cards.
If any item is found to be defective, it will be replaced. EZ Vane, Inc. must be contacted either by phone or by email before a product can be returned. A Return Authorization Number will be issued with instructions on how to return the defective merchandise. All returns must be done within 30 days of receipt of the product.
*All returns must be pre-authorized and packaged in the original packaging.
Can I order if I live outside of the United States?
Currently, we cannot accept orders online for orders outside the Continental U.S. Please call or email us to inquire about shipping to other locations.
When will my order ship?
Most items are in stock and ship 24-48 hours. Please keep in mind that we are open 9-5 (EST) on Monday- Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday and most Holidays. You will be notified of any backorders. Most backordered items ship within 4 weeks.
